Return Process

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Door

    Ensure the product is in its original, uninstalled condition and securely pack it in the original shipping crate to prevent damage during transit.

    Schedule Pickup

    Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your location.

    Inspection and Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
